Today I am down to six tramadol. Should I spread them out, like every two to three hours? Or take two in the morning, two at noon and two at night? Any thoughts?

how long did it take u to taper down to 6? How often have you been taking them?  How many mgs are they? How many were you taking before you tapered?

I'm don't know too much about tramadol, but I think it would be better to take one at a time spread out throughout the day. You don't want to get too much in your system at once. Tapering helps with alleviating withdrawals so you don't want to get the high off of them. I'm sure someone will be right along to give you a better answer but I would say one at a time.
