when to start

Hello all as some of u know I have relapsed again :( I'm tapering my dose down, it is going ok so far, My question is when should I start excising to help with mood and withdraws? So far I'm just tired as I'm still taking pills just not as much.

Even if you only exercise for 10 or 20 mins it will help your mental state. Get some natural endorphins going. Tapering is hard but just quiting hurts pretty bad. Glad to hear your quiting and relapse is part of recovery so I hope your not down on yourself. Getting help for your issues is key to success so make sure you follow up on that.

Yea I know tapering is hard lol. For some reason I don't abuse the oxycoden like I do the hydro for some reason those r my weakness I still abuse the perks just not even close to as bad but I'm a addict not matter which pain pill I'm on. And I'm going to work on getting to the root of my issues :)

Take less pills and exercise more!  Tapering is hard so good luck with that!

You can exercise anytime. It can't hurt you except if you feel the effect of the pills, be careful not to fall off of something. Easy does it.

I hope you get through the taper soon and get back on the road!!! Good luck.
