Hang in there.  It takes a while to start on the upswing, and then you may still have some ups and downs for a while.  Eat what you crave, enjoy some chocolate, and anything that helps to elevate your mood - like music perhaps?  I'm finding that anything that elevates my mood, generally seems to follow with some energy.  As time goes on for you, it will get better...you're gonna have more energy and start to feel good again.  It can take a while, and it's different for everyone.  Even when it's not all gone, you'll be better than you were, every step of the way.  Each week will be better.  Dig deep and keep hangin'.

Keep hanging in there. Methadone sticks around in your body for awhile.

methadone takes much longer than lortabs to get out of your system so probably close to 3-4 weeks. and then several months before you feel less fatigued etc. Go back and read some of Skippysizemores post. She has documented a lot about her WD from methadone and you'll find many post on here about lortab addiction

everyday it should get a little better.  i am on day 10 and, with the assistance a "super B-Complex" vitamin for energy and Advil PM for sleep, I feel better a bit more everyday.  If you can it helps to try doing things like housework, going for walks, etc.  something to get the body moving.  i understand that this is supposed to kick start brain levels of seratonin (??????) and help with your recovery.  keep up the good work.  also, if you look at some of the previous posts, Rex had a question years ago and left a recipe called the Thomas Recipe.

God Bless
