Hi! & Welcome,
As everyone else has asked - How's she doing? There's an anti-dote to opiate overdose, including Methadone called Naltrexone. I hope they're keeping her in the hospital because Methadone overdose is tricky because of it's long half-life. They can bring you back in the ER - you walk out and you can go under again. So, if they have the tox. #'s - that's good - they can gauge where's she's at. Is your mom a 'recreational' user? That's how most people overdose on M. It's pretty rare for a clinical user to overdose unless they're using benzos, alcohol, barbs, Rohypnol or whatever on top of it. Please, let us know how she is and how you're doing.
We're here.
I'm going to say a prayer for you & your mum
OMG is she OK??? Yes yes that is a heck of alot. That is between 30-40 --10mgs a day. The reason it was higher in the urine is because it lives in the bones, muscles, fat all over. It has a very long life that takes a long time to detox. I was using it for over 12yrs with other meds. I jumped off at 30mgs...WOW I do not think I ever went over 100mgs a day. Oh course I might have had hay days....Wow 319 in blood is what was she most likely did that day ot some before and the 4464 in urine is just because it stays for so long...I am just shocked how she must of felt...How is she..Please let us know..It is not going to be easy to come off of that much to quick it will be a very slow process. I pray she is alright. I am worried about her !!!!
May the Lord carry you in the palm of his hand..........

I hope your mom is Ok. I know what you're going through. Others on this site have more experience than I do with Methadone and I don't know the toxcology numbers associated with Methadone. Please know you can ask any question and everyone her is extremely helpful and understanding. Please let us know how you are doing.
