withdrawl diration/symtoms on this combo

Been taking 50 mg Tramidol 3-4 tabs at a time 3 x day along with 7.5 mg hydrocodone, 30 mg Flexaril (mostly at night), and Celebrex.  Been doing this for about a year and a half. Started feelig worse lately, rather than better.  Then I did a bright thing(not), and decided to just quit it all at once over Christmas.  Now it is Jan 8, and I feel like my joints are made of sandpaper, Flu like, the diarea hasn't stopped yet, etc etc.  NOBODY told me about all of this, I thought I was just a wimp.  Glad after Googling today that I know it isn't just me.  The upside of this is that I hurt so bad from the withdrawls, that the origional pain is not a major issue.  I need an vague idea- I am planning to just get the nerves in the back "burned" but nobody will touch me till I can get off all of this and get "normalised"

That is a long time to have severe withdraws.  I am on day 4.5 or hour 102 and am feeling better,  I couldn't imagine going that long.  I was on vic. 10/500 for 2.5 years.  I did it cold turkey with little help.  I wanted to feel the misery as much as possible to remind me how bad it is.  There is some good info on this site for things to help with the symptoms.  Exercise, baths and more. Look around.   I think this site is great and has helped me so much.  I don't think I could do it with out the help of the many in the same boat.
I love everybody on this site even though I don't know them.  These guys are great.
Good luck

Wow, you jumped off a lot of stuff all at once, but now that it's done, keep going. Look up in the Health Pages (top, right side of this page) and read The Thomas Recipe and the Amino Acid Protocol. These things, as many as you can , will help you start to feel better. Try to get some exercise everyday...whatever you can do. Make sure your drinking plenty of fluids and maybe some protein drinks too, Ensure with Protein is excellent and has extra vitamins. Immodium for the diarrhea. Hot baths and wrapping your legs in ace bandages for the restless legs.
Keep up the good work, you should start feeling better soon. It takes time, but probably in about 2-3 weeks you should be feeling almost normal.
Keep posting and let us know how you're doing.

yeah your def. going thru wd's...the anti depressant celebrex will bring its own terrible wd's to the table(brain shakes, anxiety, depression, restlesnes, insomnia), and the tramadol wds will be bad for about a week and a half along with the hydrocodone, youve gone through the hardest part of the physical wd aspect, the rest is going to be mental(the cravings, anxiety, racing thoughts, strange behavior), and that last for quite some times, months sometimes 6 or more months it lasts...when exactly did you go cold turkey, and someone should have told you in the year and a half that you were on the meds about the wds and that you need to taper off of them to avoid wd's and major discomfort...im sorry about that but youve been through the worse now just stick with it...you can def. do it-christos
