Suboxom is kind of tricky. I took 24 mg for 3 days and felt terrible. I stopped and felt great. Some people take it for extended periods of time because the Opiates have no effect when taking Suboxom. They feel if they stop, they will go back to Opiates. It also depends on how much Opiates you were taking. But one fact is certain...after 3 days on Suboxom, your body is over the Opiates withdrawel pain. Then there are "sleeping issues" you may have. I think you should attempt to taper the Suboxom as quickly as possible.
long enough to taper effectively to no pills a day.
for what it's worth...

one more question, how long should one person stay on the suboxen ?
Hang in there and keep posting. You're gonna feel great once you are completely clean!!

Yes hun, it is possible that you are addicted. You are way past the opiate withdrawal, so any withdrawal is the Suboxone now. It should not be too bad since you are now on a low dose. If you stop now, you may not feel anything the first day because of the half life, but on day two you may begin to feel the withdrawal. Like I said, you are on a low dose, so it will not take long for the physical to be over.
God Luck.
i started taking a whole 8 mg seboxen...half in the morning and half at night.for about the first 3 months. then i went to taking half a day for a month and a half, then to a quater for the rest. is it possible that i am addicted to them?
need a little more information as IBK pointed out...
You have been on Suboxone for five months? At what dose?
