They have a cople of site that have mp3 files of aa and na speakers and they are pretty good to listen to and it is free to download. If you don't have an mp3 player you can listen off of the computer, but today so many electronic have the mp3 players on them it is a small chance you don't have one.I actually did that I was listening to some files to remember some of my mother language. Its funny I spoke it for the first six years of my life then my family started to speak english at home so I when we first arrived here in the US.I actually lost some of it but I can read it but not as fluent as I should be but the lis=tening brought tons back. My parents were from and I was born in the Midwest, but moved there when I was two months old and thhat is where I started my life until 6 years old and went back when I was 9 for two more years and here I am now in the great USA. Love it!!
i like your idea..although i may need to invest in some, or download something, maybe i'll try and subconsciously learn another language.....lol
thanks
When I can't sleep at night which is pretty much every night I put on a set of headphone and listen to speaker tapes or the like until I either fall asleep of boredom LOL or I am listening so intently that I just drift off for a few minutes at a time.I have three reasons at this time I am not sleeping so it is all not Medication wd that is stopping me so I have become quite used to it. I look around this site read and post here as of the last couple of weeks. Good Luck, Mike
