withdrawls

after a lumbar laminectomy in febuary i,ve been on vicoden,and oxycodone,it,s june now and i,m triing to ween off them,been 3 days and i,m cold 1 minute,hot the next.with trembling and sleepless nights.some hallucinations at night.any advice to make the ride an easier 1 would be appreciated.one thing the doctors keep pushing the meds on me.........

Just remember the withdrawls are temporary and should start getting easier after 72hrs. I quit heroin use cold turkey on my couch and was sick for 2 weeks but they did get easier after 2 days. Plus opium withdrawls won't kill you you'll feel like you are going to but it won't.
