Glad my posts have helped you...I will tell you that if ur on day 4 ur on the good side...everything seemed to start running much smoother around day 4 and 5...I feel totally different than this time last week....are you seeing a difference being at day 4 ?
Hey Phillip. I just wanted you to know, that even though I was too sick to type at the time, you were the first post I started reading 4 days ago. I would read from the camp I set up in my bathroom! You have been helping me to get through this and you didn't even know it. The day I started reading about you, you were on day 4. Now I am on day 4 and I went back to that post and felt encouraged. I posted earlier that today is the first day my brain wasn't too mushy to write! Anyway, Congrats on day 7 and thank you for everything you have shared. You have helped me far more than you know.
Awesome work, Phillip! Being on Day 8 myself, I can really identify with the struggles you've faced this past week.
I'm also following the Thomas Recipe and though I have no use for the Immodium, sleep or anxiety meds at this point, I find the supplements very helpful. I think I'll keep taking them for at least a month and then evaluate how I'm feeling then. My only reservation about taking them longer is that they're so BIG! I don't know about yours, but mine look like horse pills. ;)
Thanks...I will continue and keep moving forward ....
Congratulations. I agree about keeping up the supplements. It will only do you good, especially if you find yourself low on energy, which happens fairly often. Keep up the good work!
Hi Phillip! Congrats on day 7! That is a pretty big milestone! And, while most of the intense physical symptoms should be gone or at least easing, I would continue taking the vitamins and supplements from the Thomas Recipe! I am at nearly 3 months out, and I still take them! The only thing I really backed off of is the Immodium! I don't want to get the opposite problem! (smile)! Take care, keep moving forward! You are doing fantastic! Best wishes!
