Your sleep is going to be bad for a while you just have to try to get when you can. I know you are not going to want to but you need to get up and get some exercise try out just by walking around the house even that helps. Do not worry the pain seems only bad right now cause your body is screaming for those pills, it will subside with time try taking some advil it might just take a lil off but its better then nothing. Just keep holdin on try go to some NA meetings for support it helps a ton. Much love

I took 4mg of temazepam every night for 9 days and I never missed one night of sleep during my withdrawals(I have never taken them again) Can your doctor write you a prescription for this? I went ct from a 120-140mg vicodin habit 17 months ago.
What were you taking...see my advice earlier today re: Clonidine. It worked wonders for me. Of course I'm now labeled "substance abuser" at the hospital but I don't care...the clonodine and a mild benzo TAKEN AS DIRECTED helped tremendously..ask your doctor if they'll prescribe or walk in to your friendly local ER and say "HELP"...the benzo will help with the anxiety, the clonidne ALSO TO BE TAKEN AS DIRECTED ONLY will help a great deal...but will make you dry mouthed and sleepy.

I'm on day 3 today.Thomas reciepes aren't helping and it's hard to keep posting i'm in a whole lot of pain.When i had my meds i never thought they were helping with the pain now that i don't have them i now know they were helping alot.Can any one tell me why i have uncontrollable spasems?When i was getting flexaral in April they would help with my insomnia then everytime i was about to fall asleep my whole body would have these spasems.I took myself off them but last night (going on 4 days of no sleep) i oded on sleep meds like 8 tylenol pm,colodine,and washed it down with nyquil i would be on the virg of sleeping and again out off no where spasems.So going on day 3 of c/t with no sleep.Jenn
check out the thomas recipe and amino acid protocol. get gatorade or poweraid. immodium and bananas. If you are on day 4 now you will start to feel better everyday. days 3 and 4 are the worse. exercise when you can, even just getting up and walking around will help. also have you thought about aftercare? post and keep posting. and read other threads. you can do this!
What day are you on? I know this is tough and it will get better. Are you drinking plenty of fluids? Hot baths or showers can help the aches. You can get thru this. Keep talking........
