Hi all-I have been clean for 29 days!!  SUPER HAPPY-one thing is really hard for me is that I have NO energy!  like none.  I have 2 small kids, blah, blah, like so many others.  I just need a healthy way to feel a bit more energy so I can get through my day!!  Any help would be appreciated!!  thanks!

if she was i am sry maybe i did read it wrong..i thought that so i re read it a couple times and it sounded like she meant energy pills not the pain pills because she is not on the pain pills and hasn't been...maybe i was confused wither way i am sry if i was.. i think everyone's opinion is valued as u said i know i appreciate any and all opinions when i ask a question:)

Ready, I'm pretty sure Mary was referring to the "prescription pain pills", not the energy supplements you are talking about! I do not believe she intended any offense to you at all! We are all offering our best support and advice! All information is appreciated! Take care!!

mary these "pills" are ALL natural people post all day long here about vitamins and such and they r not knocked.. thats what these pills are.. i eat VERY healthy AND take these daily... i don't see anything wrong w it to each it's own i guess.. i was just offering something i have found to work which is what she asked from people...

It took about a month for me to start feeling better....but before that I would lay around and be depressed.   I'd get up to do a little work or take care of my animals and would have to quit after about 10 minutes and lay back down again.   I finally made a little list and made myself start working on something.   If only for a few minutes.   I would work fifteen minutes and lay down fifteen or twenty.   Then make myself get up and work a few more minutes.     Meanwhile, I was eating good and taking vitamins.   I am not sure when it kicked in, but it did and now I can't wait to get out of bed and get to work.    This morning my husband asked me if I died, should he notify my internet friends.   I said, "Why do you think I am dying?   Because the house is clean?"   :)) I think we both got so used to my laying around that neither one of us are used to me having energy....because I feel better than I have in 30 years.   I am working in the heat every day....pretty good for an old woman my age.  

So...what I want to say is....Life is right.   Eat well and take vitamins.   Our bodies were made to run on food....not pills.   It takes awhile for it to heal, but if you take care of yourself, you will feel better than ever in a short time.

I agree, proper nutrition is the key here! Try to eat regular, well balanced meals! Also, get some exercise! I try to get in at least one good walk around my neighborhood a day! (I don't always succeed, but I try)! Lastly, I still drink 2 Ensure, high protein shakes a day, every day! This really seems to help! I still have days where fatigue is an issue! Just keep moving forward! You are doing great, and congrats on 29 days!! Take care!

You need to eat. I was on a 33 day trek to nepal and learned that if i did not eat i could not walk. Food is the answer. Drink some coca cola as this helped me during my taper. Have 3 or 4 cans a day

i have been taking these dietary supplements with energy lift.. they r clean natural pills been on them for a month i lost 15 lbs and was able to go off my insulin.. so i decided to start selling them (since i am a stay at home mom anyway) only because i 100% believe in them my house has never been cleaner!!! i am on day of 5 of w d they have really helped me through them too and i have still been able to get up and clean even tho i didn't feel the best.. if u want to know more about them pm me.. i am not trying to push it on you i was just thinking i should get the word on this froum about them because they work SOOO good for energy and i know EVERYONE has so much trouble w them... i almost didn't try them cuz i have tried so many other things in the past and didn't work but i saw all the pic of the weight loss so i jumped in and bought a bottle i am going into my2nd month and 2nd bottle!!! they only cost 1.00 a pill less than a cup pf coffee, a pop or energy drinks (that is what i was buying those stupid energy drinks and so was my husband like crazy he is a energy junky but since taking these he has stopped all energy drinks) pm for more details i have them avail and i do shipping... or i can just give you the info and u can try and find someone around you that sells them they r spreading like wild fire nation wide even athletes and people at the olympics are taking them:) just a thought...
