Im 22, healthy and into fitness. I probably go out and drink once or twice a week but every time i drink more than a few pints, my stomach is in bits the next day. It feels like someone is on the inside pushing out, to the extent it uncomfortable to wear jeans or a belt the next morning and if i want to be comfortable i just wear trackies as any pressure on my stomach is uncomfortable. The inside lining of my mouth also comes off a bit, like i can actually bite bits off the inside of my cheek. This feeling comes to effect from about 2pm the day after drinking, and lasts again until i go to sleep and night and wake up, even sometimes till that afternoon too.
Ive tried just drinking spirits, beer, white or red wine, drinking water inbetween, orange juice mixers, the lot, and it has the same effect the next morning after about 5 or 6 units.
I really dont know what else to try? Am i just destined to be a tee total? Help!
