Feeling sick/nervous/butterflies after being drunk?

So I got drunk last night and it's the day after and I have this like sickness feeling that is the same as when you're nervous or have butterflies.

I don't feel sick as in I could throw up it's just that nervous feeling.

Is this normal and how the hell do I stop it? Is this just a hangover?

Also, how long will it take to go away?

PS. I don't drink very often, 19 and that was my 3rd time drunk

To answer Your question

"how the hell do I stop it"

The best way, the A B S O L U T E L Y best way to stop this is to allow Your body to recover from this episode and don't drink again.

You are "only 19" and this is Your "3rd time drunk" is alarming from my point of view.......just saying......

as dominosarah said:  This is a hangover - it's Your body's way of telling You that alcohol is harmful.  My best advice:

I need to use an internet browser with spell check.

I meant to say that "it tries to bounce back and TRIES to find equilibrium again"
And when "you're drunk"......jeesh

Yep- it's a hangover.  When your drunk, the alcohol depresses your central nervous system.  When you sober up, it tries to bounce back and tires to find equilibrium again.  Drink lots of water - it will help you get through this more quickly.
