Liver pain After drinking.

I’m experiencing some cramps sharp and burning pains in my right side and back just below the ribs and also up by right shoulder blade. A little bloated but nothing alarming as I drink beer quite frequently. I am a heavy drinker. My last binge was about 3 weeks straight about 10 beers a day. Usually sixer a night before that and maybe a week or two here and there amongst other binges now and then for the last 4 or 5 years. I am 28 years old. i have had an inflamed liver before but this feels a little different. I do not have anything noticeable as far as jaundice on skin or in eyes. I stopped drinking after two days of feeling it. It’s gotten a little better but still there. Been sober for three days. Could this be a point of no return or just overtaxing my liver? It has me pretty freaked out. Help.
