Well that thread got too long so here we go ladies......maintaining sobriety and sanity in this oftentimes insane life continues.....what an order.....but i must go thru with it......saw a cool saying 2 day by Winston Churchill"If ur going thru hell...keep going!and keep going we must!

Now what about us Aquariuns?   I am eating and i thought doing everything right.
Just called my doc and she is out for 2 weeks.  i think her husband died, although the nurse didn't come right out and say it. He has been sick for a long time.   I'm hanging!

big head?well i am a Leo......they say we r theiving turds,kiss mirrors a lot and many think our arrogance is disgusting......sigh!i have done a searching and fearless moral inventory many a times over the years and i must admit some of it is right.....hahhaa...now i just have more of a big head of curly dyed hair done every 4 weeks!:0)keep hanging honey and take better care of yo'self!

Sunday with my feelin my son's hurt I had the craziest dizzies, chest pain, pain in my left hand, my hips hurt.  My body was wound up tighter than a rubber band on one of those toy planes.

Bandida is right!  The mind affects our body and our sugar by the way.  

I have never been able to shake that feeling on my own.  I got out a book that is helping me now. Eckhart Tolle's "Awakening your life's purpose".  It calmed me a bit.  

Reading the steps, step 3 especially, helps.  Sometimes reading "Acceptance" helps.  If none of those things help..............Doing something rediculous usually does.  Like climb a tree.  I can't think when I'm busy.

Thanks Hon.  I know you are right.  This has just been so stressful, last night was the weirdest thing i have ever been through>sober that is.  But, am feeling pretty good today except for being so sore in some areas.  love ya, Tonya
