Symptoms after alcohol related seizure

I have been drinking heavily for years but after one year of sobriety relapsed and had been drinking heavily off and on for about 2.5 mos.  After a particularly heavy binge, I decided to quit cold turkey.  The first day just felt like an excruciating hangover- not overly shaky but was definitely in withdrawal.  I have had a seizure and the DT's one time receptively in the past.  This time, I woke up the second day almost positive that I had some type of seizure either the first day I was detoxing or that night.  When I woke up my vision seemed changed- it was blurry and I was blinking constantly in order to maintain clear vision.  I also can't help but blank stare constantly.  Two days later this hadn't changed.  It is a constant problem, not something that goes in and out.  How long should this last and is there a reason it did or anything I can do to help it?  I'm very scared and can't find answers.  Thanks.

You need to be seen ASAP. Alchohol withdrawals can be deadly. Please either go to your family doctor and be honest or the ER
