What are the symtoms of withdrawl of alcholism? I haven't had a drink in 2 days and I have simular symtoms of opiat w/d's, but I know thats not it, because I have been on Suboxone for a week now and have felt fine. So am I having alcohol w/d's? And if so what are they for someone thats usually drinks a few wine glasses a day?

I know I have a bit of a problem and I have to take care of myself and thats why I'm slowing down the drinking ALOT!

ok i got it..the bf could be a great guy..it's just who you surround yourself with is so important....i'm sure you know that...and yes i did read your profile..lately i've had a lot of time on the net...it's that time of year and i'm in between jobs..also i'm trying to understand alcohol abuse better i guess because when i was drinking i didn't even know that i had become an alcoholic...it really creeped up on me....i hope you do good with everything......and ibizan...thanks......billy

whoa girl!Workingdog is a good friend of mine...and very sincere about the help he tries to give here....and if u wrote a profile when u were all f...up how is he to know that?he isn't calling ur guy a achole freak either!I know what suboxone is and what it does.....alcohol is a central nervous system depressant and will interfere with the good effects of suboxone overall.

No suboxone is not like methadone there's no high and it's a opiate blocker pretty much a mirical drug from opiate addicts....I don't have any of those symtoms so it must have just been that I didn't take enough sub.....Also since you're going by my profile ha I guess I have to update that alot I wrote it when I was P1sses and all messed up on pills soooo on that note. The b/f is sober aswell as I, he hates I still drink tho he never has so for you to call him a achole freak maybe you should get you're facts stright b4 assuming ya think?!?!?

As for you're concern I got tested for everything b4 I went on the sub. and i'm good, but also I never shared straws or used money to snot anything I may be young be a tad smarter than that thankfully. Other than that thanks for the advice....

were u a heroin addict or RX opiate drug addict that ur on suboxone?labled opiates the culprit and are drinking?how much u drinking?beer?liquor?

i don't know much about the suboxone...is that like methadone?? anyway alcohol sx can be anxiety ....fatigue...nightmares...itching..not eating much...heart rate going super high..it would be great for you and your daughter if you could quit all this stuff...try getting a boyfriend thats not a drug and alcohol freak..the sx will depend on how long and how much you drank..and if you snorted or shot dope then maybe get a test for hep c...sx can get pretty intence for the first couple weeks...mine lasted much longer....good luck..billy
