Unhealthy fear

My heart is filled with fear and all I feel is scared all day, how do I get thru this ? I live in fear, why is this?

Hello!  I wonder if some of us are just born worriers?!  There are many things you can use/do to help you cope with anxiety: meditation,yoga,spiritual healing to name a few.  Changing the way you think, especially those repetitive cycles of thought, for example 'I can't cope' can be helped by something called 'Cognitive Behavior Therapy - C.B.T.'  I personally found 'Dialectical Behavior Therapy' - D.B.T. the most helpful.  Part of this therapy involved simply using one or more of the five senses.  Having a glass of water whilst I focus on the touch of the glass, the temperature, the sensation of the glass as it touches my lips, followed by the senses I feel whilst the water is in my mouth has helped prevent me from having a panic attack!  I just found it helped me to ground myself.
Anyway, I hope some of this makes sense!  Have fun finding new ways to cope.  Beanie0 :-)

Clean from that for a while . But my doc is alcohol . Which I have been battling all my life . Got sober for 4 1/2 yrs then started back up a year ago . That I cld control it and I did in the beginning but now I'm tryn to stop and have relapsed a few times in the past 6 months, I have been sober now 7 days

This was posted in Addiction, are you having a substance use problem? Or an anxiety problem? There could be several reasons why you are always feeling fear. From hormones to basic body chemical imbalances. You could be suffering from Generalized Anxiety - There are treatments for that and you don't have to be scared all day have you reached out to your doctor?
