Hello! I wonder if some of us are just born worriers?! There are many things you can use/do to help you cope with anxiety: meditation, yoga, spiritual healing to name a few. Changing the way you think, especially those repetitive cycles of thought, for example 'I can't cope' can be helped by something called 'Cognitive Behavior Therapy - C.B.T.' I personally found 'Dialectical Behavior Therapy' - D.B.T. the most helpful. Part of this therapy involved simply using one or more of the five senses. Having a glass of water whilst I focus on the touch of the glass, the temperature, the sensation of the glass as it touches my lips, followed by the senses I feel whilst the water is in my mouth has helped prevent me from having a panic attack! I just found it helped me to ground myself.
Anyway, I hope some of this makes sense! Have fun finding new ways to cope. Beanie0 :-)
