i figured as such dear...didn't think u'd be having alcohol in any drink that touches ur lips!:)
Hey Ibizan just thought I'd mention the ginger beer we get in Australia is non-alcoholic although it is called beer,so it is fine in the fruit punch.but I might try it with the creaming soda sometime.
i found Coco Lopez cream of coconut in the baking section w/ a store clerks help.....i was wandering the aisles in the alcohol cocktail mix section which seemed like an eternity...it was there...it was dwarfed by all the bottles of booze!i was like duh!!!!!where is this stuff!had to flag someone down!so funny!:)

No we don't celebrate Thanksgiving, but I like to give Thanks for every day I have clean and sober, and every day I'm alive.
I thought your Thanksgiving had something to do with the pilgrim fathers,am I right?
I need to find the recipe. Havent made it since he passed away. I know it has orange juice in it and cinnamon sticks!!
If he was still with us he would have that brewing in the old percolater coffee pot, the one that made about 5,000 cups of coffee and only came out for holidays or card club back in the day!! It was orange and mom got it with her green stamps!! He and i would be watching the Macy's day parade right now having a cup of coffee. He loved the holidays as we all got together. God how i miss him~~*sniff sniff*
saw a recipe for this and substituiton for the ginger beer was cream soda!also seen other variations with orange softened sherbet in it with the cut up fruit!do u celebrate thanksgiving in aussieland?if so a blessed day to u yours and animals.......we have much 2 b grateful for...or as us greyhound lovers say GREYTFUL!:)
Definitely going to try the cranberry and ginger beer sounds great.
I like the old fruit punch,I mix pineapple juice, orange juice, lemonade and ginger beer 1/4 of each with ice, sometimes I cut up fruit into small pieces and add it,like peaches, oranges, pineapple and pears.
Definitely want a recipe for hot apple cider too Sara.
