what are the symptoms of withdrawels from codeine and alcohol? and is a burning sensation in the toes one of them?

Had no withdrawal from my pain pill abuse(from a shoulder injury got in college from baseball.) I would crave them, but it wasn't that bad... alcohol, on the other hand, did all sorts of things to me. I always end up hitting the bottle again, only to face to the same crap I fought off when quitting the time before. Never had a burning sensation in my toes though...
I had a lot of sneezing,restless legs which I still get,insomnia which I still get,my skin would itch constantly,headaches,anxiety and just a feeling of sadness.
I didn't get a burning sensation in the toes but everyone is different.
Most symptoms resolve themselves after a couple of weeks.
How long have you been clean?
