Is it possible to taste an organ that is bleeding?

I'm 25 and have been drinking since I was 15.  I've always been able to drink a lot without getting sick.  In the past year or so if I drink a lot for consecutive days or an unusual amount in a single day I've had a salty taste in the far back of my throat that I think is blood.  This usually lasts for several days after I have stopped drinking and usually is joined by a lower back ache.  I've tweaked my lower back in the weight room before so I know it feels different than a muscular injury which makes me think it is my kidneys.  Would it be possible for me to taste my liver or esophagus if they were bleeding?

no definitely not a hoax.  sorry i'm not looking for attention and i apologize if it came across that way.  i was looking for a purely physiological/medical response but these are similar to what i expected.  thank you for the help, i'll ask a doctor.

Don't know what your tasting, but if your an alcoholic, and you don't stop drinking, you may be on your way to some serious disease down the track. I'm in remission from Stage III colon cancer, may have been a result of my past drinking, may not, but the risks are certainly increased the longer you continue the grog. Liver disease is a real possibility. Many mates didn't realise the damage they had done until it was too late. Best to book in for a full check-up with your physician, and be honest with him about your drinking.

I don't know if this is possible but I would certainly be concerned enough to get a physical to make sure sometimes ur intuition is right.  Best find out now before it's too late.
