woke up with really bad pains around stomach, chest and arms after long weekend on town??

Right i am a 28 yr old male class myself as someone who does like a good drink up but only really drink at weekends. Suppose ive drunk quite a lot since i was 17 , i dont drink at home during the week so i suppose i binge drink when i go out at weekends..when i go out i do have a few...I have had 4 nites out on the town this weekend drinking quite alot every nite, fri 4-5 pints sat 6-8 pints and cocktails, sun 6-8 pints and because in a rush to go out skipped dinner.  I woke up monday and  it felt like brusing to the stomach abdominal muscles and chest and arms>> ?  felt like id been down the gym and pulled every muscle.... i noticed i had this pain last monday too after being out for a few times , i dont think much of it and thought id overworked my body in my gardening job..  I now think it is the drink and would like to know about it and anyone else expereinced it? any advice or guidance to what this pain is please

My boyfriend is a binge drinker and he also has severe stomach pain after drinking..in December after 6 days of vomitting and reading him my postings on here and the advice given to me, I finally convinced him to go to emerg..his pancreas was shutting down.  You would think that would have made him stop drinking but since December things have got worse..he now has seen he will die if he doesn't do something and has been scheduled for rehab.  Please try to get some help.

I would recommend lots of fluids, such as gatorade and water.  You need to get some nutrients back in you as well.  Also lay off the booze, before you wind up in REAL trouble.  tj

I just sent you a PM.  I'm doing great.  So sorry that you are doubting my recovery.  This really upsets me.  I'm not so sure what you meant by your comments.  I did post today.  I would love your support.

It may be dehydration.  Your muscles will get sore with they are dehydrated.  Drink lots of water.
