Anal Itch for 2 months

For the Ppst two months i have had an anal itch that just won't go away it seems to be constant although sometimes disappears for a few hours only to come back. Most of the time it is triggered by a bowelmovement. This started happening after i got off an antibiotic treatment for HPylori i was on the treatment for 7 days. About one or two days after i was done i had a hard bowelmovement that bleed and ever since then it just hasn't gone away. i'm 31 yrs old, male and i don't smoke any longer 3 years its been since i quit. The itching comes from the inside of the anus not to far in about half an inch i have applied some aloe vera gel and it seems to get better for a short time, same as wipping with baby wipes. Any ideas on what this is and if it will ever go away would be greatly appreciated. Sometimes there is bright red blood on the toliet paper after a bowelmovement thought i should mentionthat as well. Thanks

well prep H hasn't worked, i have no bleeding anymore, its been a good week without it, i'm having regular bowel movements every morning like i always do, i clean the area really well with warm water and then i pat it dry. there is no pain, but man this itch just won't go away. it seems to go away for a few hours  maybe even a day or almost a day then it comes right back worse then ever. Also any walking i do within 30 mins i'm itchy as hell, from sweating. my diet has been alot of veggies recently and fiber. i dunno if that has anything to do with it, but i was told eat more of those to make bowel movements easier.

yes it is
most common cause of anal itching is hemorroids
dont forget anal fissure
but pain of fissure is more agonizing
picture tells it is hemorrhoids mostly
needs drugs,ointments and suppositories
plus should avoid constipation
sure it is not cancer
as for the blood,calm down
happens with hemorrhoids
