Ah..........I'm sorry to hear that. Could you, perhaps, give us just a bit more to go on? Such as your age, how long has your arm been stiff, what do you do for a living, has this ever happened before, is it your entire arm, what, exactly, do you mean by "stiff," is there any numbness or tingling, is there any color change in the beds of your fingernails, do you have any other medical issues, what, if any, meds are you on.........
If you could fill us in on some of these questions, we'd have a better chance of offering up an opinion.
