A video of my anxiety and panic disorder

I made a couple of videos documenting my struggle with anxiety/panic disorder, and a description of all my symptoms.  Hopefully it will help someone out there to better understand that hasn't experienced it.  Check them out here:

really good insight you have if you check my open journal entries, I say the same thing you say in your video, keep it going! really good job!, I am usually someone who would do a video, but right just doing my enties, you have some great insight and since I do not know you, hearing someone say what I believe really helps (especially someone who has/had what I have).

I made another video.  This is a longer video about how I was able to turn my anxiety and panic disorder around about a month ago.  I've been making a long uphill climb, but I can see a lot of progress.  Thanks for watching, and I hope this might help someone.

Thank you, thank you , thank you, I had Panic Attacks for 5 years over 8 years ago, was in day Hospital, came very close to being home bound, anyway I moved to San Diego CA do to a inheritance etc. ( been living here x 3 weeks)  my Panic came back x 3 months ago and really got me down, thought Panic was in my past, your video was really informative and allot I could relate to. I have been journalling for awhile and has helped, (in all my life) anyway I found this site and decided to journal here and make it open for others to read to see my daily struggles and positives, Feel free to look at it and THANK YOU again for opening yourself up and sharing. Hi, there.  I've watched both of your videos.  You seem to have identified the fact that you are experiencing panic attacks.  Have you consulted with a psychiatrist about prescribing medication that will help you?  I have generalized anxiety disorder, and I take Klonopin.  It's my understanding that Klonopin is a very good medication for those who suffer specifically from panic attacks.  Why suffer when you can get relief?  Also, including psychotherapy with medication might be the most effective course of treatment yet.  If you don't have the name of a good psychiatrist (for the medication), ask your family doctor to refer you to one.  Medication can help you.  There is a light at the end of the tunnel.  Please let me know how you are doing.  Again, you need NOT suffer from this conditions.  There ARE effective medications out there to help you with this condition.  Good luck.
