I am looking into buying something for my anxiety. I get really stressed out in certain specific situations (crowded places, public speaking, etc), so I would like something you can take as needed (I will not be taking this daily). I would also like something of low intensity. I do not want perscription meds. I am considering a few different things, but don't know which to choose. I would probably be using this only once or twice a month, hopefully.
