I am tring to as natural all possible with every thing in my life now at 56, I have been finding alot that is wrong with me.
First thing first i must bring my throid levels down as soon possible. I have to deel with surgery , they are not going to this till my levels are down. . would armour throid do this for me ? athey had me on synthroid 25mg. I do not have 3-6 months waiting My surgery has aready been delayed. I have Pre cancer .

Agree with birdie. If you have anxiety associated with physical ailments, we can support. Aging issues may be bothering you. 'Natural' remedies no longer effective with various problems.
Sounds like you should post your question on a thyroid forum. I don't think anyone here would have any idea about synthroid.
