Question about anxiety symptoms....

Hi there...I'm new to this forum.  I wish I had know about this a couple of years ago when I was in the midst of the worst panic attacks!  Anyways in the past few months I've begun to experience some of the telltale signs of panic attacks (dizziness, one-sided numbness, heart palpitations, heart burn etc.).  But in the last 3 weeks I've been feeling something new and am wondering if it is related to anxiety.  I have been feeling a sort of pressure and warm feeling in my ears which leads to a pressure in between my eyes (upper nose area).  I've been to the doctor and urgent care.  One said it was probably allergies (which I don't believe) and the other said it was probably anxiety related.  I was finally able to free myself of paxil about a year ago....but if I continue to feel like this and feel that every little body symptom means that I have an awful disease then I may consider going back on it.  Please let me know if any of you have felt this.......Thank you.

Hi thanks for your response.  I definately do feel more and more like this is b/c of anxiety.  I guess it's just a new symptom that I need to add to my list.  Interestingly enough I read another post in where someone said they began to experience anxiety while taking antibiotics.  I just finished two weeks of antibiotics (amoxicillan) this past Sunday and I began to experience that pressure in my ears/nose during that time.  Maybe there is some relation to that......

I agree with KalmKidd <3, I tend to get the preasure so bad in my face around my nose and in between my eyes it makes me cry, At first i thought i was a sinus infection but I learned that it was anxiety..Everything WILL be ok, I know its hard but u have to learn to ignore them..I have serve anxiety for 4 months now and i'm just recently learnin to look past some of the symtoms..
god bless, I'm always here if u need to talk....

it is definetly anxiety related.. what happens is the ears are one of the most sensitive part of the body nerve wise.. the second i get worked up my ears turn bright red which is cause my blood pressure starts to rise which does everyone when your stressin or anxious and the ears being the most sensitive veins is where it shows. bright red, purplish red, hot burning feeling, i've had all of it its actually one of the main symptoms i notice. try not to think about it only makes it worse. just relax let it pass by it wont harm u physically just like every other anxiety symptom.. good luck.
