Am I the only one?

Hi im new to this. I have panic attacks anxiety problems. Yesterday night I had a fever and a cold. My ears felt as if they were stuffed and I was dizzy this caused a panic attack. Also I couldnt hear very well for a while. I felt I couldnt get enough air and felt dizzy. I felt chest pains and body pains. I wanted to go to the hospital but my mom said no its just a panic attack calm down. So I didnt go and I fell asleep eventually. Today I feel a little better less dizzy but sneezing with mucus and the fever went down. Has anyone ever had fever, cold, or a flu etc  that has triggered anxiety and panic attacks? Thx for answering.

Yes many people who has panic attack react to fever or illness.

I mean, not every fever starts panic attack, but if you already have anxiety problem, your illness or flu can trigger the panic attack.
Also temporary problem in ears is common.

But if it accompanies real constant fever(your thermometer can detect)
don't blame panic attack just go to hospital and get checked.
