Thanks for your reply. I was prescribed Lexotan as a relaxant and Magrilan for anxiety *** depression. He said i had depression. Only if things does not improve, i need to see psychiatrist. However, i know i will need to take medicine which is something i won't want as i understand there will be side effects on the heart. These symptoms happened a few years ago but it comes and go then. But, now i have been consistently like this for the past 6 months after a stressful project i believe triggered this relapse and this never go away since. I have been told to exercise and work out. I am more relaxed at work already Now. But, these symptoms never go away. I am not sure what else to do besides medicine.
I had all of your symptoms and they started recently while in my 40's.
If these symptoms are new to you, and you have recently encountered stress and anxiety in various areas of your life, consider finding the source of the anxiety and figuring out what apsects of it you can and cannot control. I suggest you see a doctor but keep in mind that medication is not always the best answer; it depends on many things that you and your doctor could talk about.
My doctor suggest taking Ativan but only when necessary since it is addicting after 60 days of use. I personally don't want to be addicted to medicine unless it is necessary.
Good Luck!

You may want to talk to a dr. about your symptoms. They seem to be panic/anxiety attacks. I know, I've been going through this for 9 yrs. See if dr. will prescribe you either Xanax, Ativan, or Klonopin. They are life savers for some people. I know it was for me. I started out with Ativan, then when I became immune to the Ativan, I tried Xanax, which is great for a quick fix. Now, I'm on Klonopin and have been for a month and a half. Once Klonopin builds up into your system, you won't feel the "wearing off" effect like you do with Ativan and Xanax. Good Luck and God Bless.
