NOT SURE

I am currently trying to get pregnant. I have been off birth control for a couple of months now. My period is not really due for a few more days. But I went to the doctor today for migraines and basically when the doctor found out that I was trying to get pregnant she was a little upset b/c of some of the meds that I am taking. She told me to stop taking them. I suffer from some anxiety and I take Cymbalta, which this med she told me to ask my OB about. But I also take zanax. I don't want to cause any harm to my baby of course. But does anyone know if there are anti anxiety drugs that you can safely take while you are pregnant?

The only person qualified to answer that question for you is an OB/GYN.
The best advice I could give you would be to find one now that you like and begin building a relationship with them by starting off with these questions and a discussion of the meds you're taking.
You should be grateful the doc who saw you for migraines got you thinking about your meds and how they might affect your baby.
Don't wait nine months to tell us how you're doing!
Good luck
