Anxiety and fear of disease or cancer

I've been having a lot of anxiety about my health lately and that is causing a lot of my health problems I feel. I have lost weight in the last couple months and have gotten sick a lot too. I feel like I've been researching so much online and going to the doctors more than I ever have. I fear my weight loss is from a disease. I fear my slightly swollen lymph node on my right side of my neck is cancer even though I am currently down with a cold and taking antibiotics. I have been feeling nauseous last two days since I started my antibiotics and I'm fearing it's from something else. I don't know what to do. Seems like every day something new comes up for me to worry about. As for my lymph node I have never felt one there before. Not even sure it's a lymph node but it's a pea size lump. Doesn't hurt when I touch it but I think I've been thinking about it and touching it too much last two days that I've cause that area and my muscle and veins in that area to hurt. Been losing weight and I'm sure it's from my stress as well as me being sick currently. I need advice I need help on how to calm down and if anyone has had any of this I would appreciate some information and to hear your stories too. Thanks

These thoughts are very common in people with health anxiety, you are just thinking too much about your symptoms. Stop searching online, it will trigger your anxiety for no reason.
Do follow your doctors advice, eat healthy, exercise everyday. Taking therapy and medication will help you.
Thank you for your advice
