Has anyone ever gotten irregular heartbeat after eating?? My heart gets really irregular and I feel very anxious after I eat. I hate feeling this way.

I have that issue if I eat Chinese takeout that contains MSG. That stuff is in all kinds of fast food too, with KFC chicken being one of the highest. The last time I ate that my heart was beating like crazy with palpitations and I felt anxious. Now I try to stay away from anything that contains MSG. That stuff is nasty.

Mine does this too with certain foods. I think it has to do with greasy foods and a little bit of acid reflux. Google search this and you will find that it is not uncommon.
