Lexapro 20mg 4 weeks
Hi there
I started Lexapro approximately 6 weeks ago , 4 weeks at 20mg, I am having mostly good days but seem to have hit a blimp the last 3 days with morning anxiety lasting till about lunch time with some jitters upon arising.
Does anyone think that things should improve over the next 2 -3 weeks and I just need to be patient and give it more time?

Lexapro often needs 4 to 6 weeks to fully kick in. You mention that you've been on it for six weeks with four weeks at 20mg. What was the dosage for the other two weeks?
