Anxiety & low pulse

I am a very stressed 21 yr old female, my body doesnt handle stress well. I have always had moderate to severe anxiety. I had a miscarriage last year and ever since then i have had these "fainting spells" I know before i pass out that im going to, for about 30-45 secs before i pass out i feel like the world is crumbling on top of me, like im being smothered and then i pass out. When I come to I vomit, everytime. They usually happen once every few months, shortly after I eat, i have checked blood sugar, its not that, blood pressure is perfect but I have a low pulse rate. I need to know if anyone else has experienced this and what they found out. I just dont know if its cardiac or anxiety. help!

Anxiety is very common yes. I agree with mammo.
Thinking it's anxiety should be near the end of diagnose, not the beginning.

You should speak to your doctor about this, the fact that you are actually fainting and also vomiting is concerning.  Rule out all other causes and don't assume it's anxiety.  Having a miscarriage is very tragic, but get checked out to be on the safe side.

The low pulse rate can definately be a reason for having dizzy and fainting spells. I don't want to alarm you however, I recently went through a long 2 months of thinking i had a heart problem when it was just anxiety. I had a really fast heart rate due to anxiety. How low is your pulse? Mine gets as low as 53 BPM without feeling dizzy or weird, which is common in young, active, healthy people.
