Hi there,
Glad you went to the doctors, you are right about them always going back to the anxiety as they have that in your files.
Billy was very reassuring above about the vertigo, my mum suffered from that too when she was on ativan, it made her very sad at the time.
Is there any chance you can go with a friend to look after the children, just to have some company, you are obviously capable of looking after them but it would probably make you feel better to have someone else to talk too.
If not, just have music ready, this calms children and will help you too.  Remember, a good video is always good too!

Hey i have been prescribed prochloperazine as the doctor has said ive developed vertigo through anxiety, ive only took 2 tablets in 2 months and the symptoms have cleared up really well, occasionally they come back but not as bad as before, dont worry about taking them you will be fine

When I start a new drug I always start off with half. I want to know what kind of condition it will put me in before I jump all in.

I remember starting paxil at 25 ml. Big no no. The in the middle of the night while I was sleeping I woke up thinking I was going to have a heart attack and was seconds away from calling 911. My skin felt like it was on fire and my heart was beating 125 beats per minute.  Did some breathing and calmed down and after 25 minutes I was alright, but I learned my lesson.

Good luck to you:)
