Hi im 17 and i was wondering if u get a sinuses for first time can u get panic attck randomly

anything can start a panic attack they are so random they can strike at any time,when i first had one i was suffering alot of nose and facial pain, my doctor did give me meds for sinuses but it happenedagain during my next attack,i put it down to the anxiety i suffers,and believe me the symptoms of that a variable,all i can advise is that you try to ignore most of these symtoms as believe me if you dont they will become ten times worse through worry. hope this helps regards cheshchesh

Panic attacks do happen randomly, but they are not caused by a sinus problem.  Talk to your parents if you feel you have had one or are experiencing anxiety.  Take care..
