Well, there is always Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. It is designed to help you change the way you feel yourself using techniques. Look into it, it's worth a shot .
I hear that the meds help connect the neuro transmitters in your brain to connect. Thus causing your natural reactions to stress to actually happen. I myself have tried meds. After reviewing the side effects I decided to stop taking them. To try alternative methods. Now I just excercise and "deal" with it ina variety of different ways. But to just skip right to the point.. No, I do not believe its curable. Only manageable.
