Anybody fluoxetine (Prozac)
Can anyone tell me if fluoxetine (Prozac) is meant to be sedative????
thanks for that, iv been on Prozac before back in 2011/2012 and weaned off them great but now back on and five and half week in and gone right down hill off only 20mg iv been put on zopiclone for night time as and when I need it but to me I need an increase
As far as I'm aware Prozac is the most stimulating of the SSRIs. It also has the longest half life and is supposed to be the easiest to quit taking. If your problem is just anxiety I would try something else first. I find Zoloft to be a bit stimulating for me. Lexapro was very neutral and Paxil was very sedating. But we are each different so you may like Prozac.
