Ativan withdrawl?

Just wondering if this is a withdrawl symptom or just simply something ive done myself.

I've been taking .5mg ativan for 2 weeks straight. I only take it as needed.

I didnt take it lastnight, b/c I don't need it. And my Dr. told me to only take it when needed.

Lastnight was the 1st time in 2 weeks I didnt take it.

This morning I woke up with a soar upper back... and my chest was soar... like someone was putting pressure on it.

Yesterday I went mountain biking... and went up some big hills.

Ativan withdrawl or injury from bike riding?

Is the back muscles and stuff connected to the chest?

Bike riding. Withdrawls would be more like the shakes. 2 weeks isn't a long time in all fairness. .5mg isn't as high as many others have taken either. So I would say it was the bike riding.
