Calling all former Cipralex/Lexapro users!

Hi there,

I was on Cipralex for about 2 months. Maybe a little longer. I don't know exactly how much weight I gained, but it was enough to make me want to crawl under a rock and hide. Like most, I did nothing different with my diet or exersize regimen so I quit immediately after realizing it was the meds. How long did it take you to lose the weight?

I haven't gained all that much on Lexapro, but when I gained a ton on Paxil, it took awhile for it to go, and then it kind of went quickly.  Gained some back when I went on Lexapro, but as I say, not nearly as much as on Paxil.

As long as it took to lose it under any circumsance. You have to passionately persue it mentally and physically. Consider it a challenge and conquer the POSSIBLE!
