Can anxiety be this bad and cause so much physical and mental problems?

Hello, I'm new to this forum and I hope I can explain my symptoms since they vary from time to time...I'm 24 years old and I started worrying about my health about two months ago...I was under a lot of stress two months previous to that and then this came...I've been to the doctor many times different doctors and they all tell me the same, its anxiety...It all started while watching TV and out of the blues I got a panic attack dizziness, cold and hot flushes, etc my family helped me relaxed and think positive, but ever since then I been getting all kinds of weird physical symptoms..First the back of my head hurt really bad so went online and read about my symptoms and I thought I had a brain tumor had a full blown panic attack and went to the ER they did blood work and a CT everything came out normal..Then I felt pins in my heart a tight chest went to the ER again they did an EKG, chest rays everything came out fine...My last symptom are my legs I feel a lot of pain on both legs went to the DR had a DVT test done all kinds of blood test done even an ultrasound on both legs, everything came out fine all doctors have said the same thing, stress and anxiety....I started looking up stuff online but it only makes it worst I think I'm having a hard time believing this is all anxiety related...I feel numbness on my hands, feet, legs, face, head etc combine with pain on arms, hands, fingers, but the pain is  not as bad as the pain on my legs..I feel dizzy most of the time and what has me worry right now it’s the pain on both legs...I just don’t know what to do anymore doctors say its anxiety but I don’t believe that..Please help with your experiences!! I feel I'm going crazy I'm always worry and I'm also worrying my fam some times I think I'm going crazy...I can't live a normal life anymore b/c I'm always thinking the wortst...Thanks for your time

Omg I've been doing the same thing and no one understands! I've been to the er too. I get dizzy or have these symptoms even on days I don't feel anxious! It is very annoying and makes anxiety worse! But it is so true that stress can wreak havoc on us!!!!

Thanks for your reply! I just dont know what to think anymore...I feel I'm going to have a heart attack anytime soon...I have gotten sever EKG's done as long as some blood test including for the heart and the doctor said everything was fine...I think my problem is that I can't accept anxiety can cause all this....Today its a hart attack and then later I start thinking I have a serious desease like MS, cancer, etc... Everything little thing that i feel freaks me out...If this continue Im going to have to go to the dr again hofully this time they do listen! I'm sick and tired of feeling this way and of so many trips to the doctors and ER, I think there already tired of hearing me...I'll try to stay positive and hopefully that helps.

Lovely everything you have described can and has been known to be caused by stress and anxiety. If you constantly think about your hand then you will notice every tingle, *****, and slight discomfort to the point that you will think there is something wrong with your hand. The mind is very powerful.

Anxiety, stress, and panic all cause light hardheadedness or the feeling of being dizzy. If you're constantly stressed then of course you will feel tired or sore in certain parts of your body (legs included).

Everyone who has anxiety or stresses out too much eventually will think something is the matter with them. Hypochondria, stress, and anxiety go hand in hand. You're fine. Get a check up from a Dr's if it's still bothering, but I'm positive you'll find you're fine.
