Anxiety or Depression? Or maybe something else?
I am a 14 year old male and I have both Anxiety and Depression. I keep having cold sensations running down my body like someone has put water on me... But only on one side. I also have numb feelings in the top part of my jaw on the right and around my face (Mainly near my lips, on my head and nose). I do also have muscle spasms on my arms and legs (Both sides). When I get so depressed i start to shake and my eyes start to roll up. Does this all relate to depression and anxiety?

While that could be anxiety or depression related, I strongly recommend that you talk to a professional about that. The symptoms you described can have a lot of different causes and a professional should be able to help you find the root of the problem.
