Celexa after 4 weeks

had 20 mg for 2 weeks and 30 mg for 20 weeks....had a great day yesterday which gave me great hope....today I've found the anxiety back a bit.  Not horrible, but enough to make me think about it.

Anybody else have similar up's and down's after 4 weeks of meds?

I have been on citalopram 40mg (generic for celexa) for almost 8 weeks now I still have the ups and downs I would like to think that I am more up than down but I still have my moments especially when I have nothing else to occupy my mind and my mind starts to wander. I start thinking about things I shouldn't that can still send me into a panic but they are definitely not as bad as they used to be and I have learned to control most of them.

on lexapro 4 weeks now ..it seem to be helping alot.  hopefully it will get even better. still have physical symtoms. but sleeping better. less anxiety.   i hope it just improves from this point out.. same to you.
