I can't able concentrate my work. weight loss, loose motion , head ache , feels very tired sleepy. Heart beat increase like when we scare all time.., feels like run away from all

We're not fortune tellers here, Tony, but my guess is you will be a pretty nervous guy until after that 90 day window, and maybe even after that. You don't tell us much, so we can't give much back. Are you married or in a commited relationship -was the massage visit something you are embarrassed about or ashamed of, or feel guilty about? My guess is you feel guilty -but that's a guess.
