Delayed onset

Hello. Quick question please. Can a long period of worry and internal mental battles later manifest itself in physical symptoms after the worrying has ceased?

Hey, I am going through similar stress right now die to anxiety of a future test for HIV. I am stressed beyond belief, near the point of a panic attack. The only word of advice I can give you is to stay busy and stay offline. Also, talk to a counselor or a therapist, that helps me a ton and they give you techniques on how to calm yourself down. MY anxiety has brought on lower back pain, insomnia, fatigue, weakness. Anxiety and stress are a dangerous thing. Best of luck to you. I hope everything works out.

yes! 100% stress can result in fatigue, migrains, headaches, possibly any physical symptoms. It's also know to cause cancers as well. Therefore an advice would be for you to really take the time to analyze the problems your experiencing or worrying over and try see how best they can be worked out. Also check a counselor just might help. Keep strong and feel free to write anytime.
