You need to go to a neurologist for testing.
Google: BPPV, Neurocardiogenic Syncope, and Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS) and see if your symptoms fit.

You do understand that I'm not a doctor, right? So what I'm about to say is simply my opinion on what may be going on with you.
It's possible you have what's called "Postural Vertigo," somethimes called "positional vertigo." It is defined as "violent vertigo that lasts less than 30 seconds and is triggered by certain head positions."
This type of vertigo is sometimes caused by conditions that damage the semicircular canals........the part of the inner ear that controls balance.

You could also suffer from "Vestibular Neuronitis." This disorder is characterized by a sudden severe attack of vertigo, caused by inflammation of the nerve to the semicircular canals.

Treatment for severe vertigo may be relieved temporarily with drugs given by mouth such as scopolamine, antihistamines, barbiturates or diazepam.

Several surgical procedures are available for people who are disabled by frequent attacks of vertigo. Cutting the nerves connected to the semicircular canals relieves the vertigo, usually without damaging hearing.

I don't mean to offend your doctor(s), well, not TOO much anyway, but I'd certainly recommend getting a second opinion. I don't have any idea how big Glasgow, KY. is, but if you can get to a large city with a major hospital, you may have better luck getting this condition diagnosed.

I wish you the best
Peace
