I have never used it, however there are many methods out there that one can try. Some are good and some are probably really bad, while some will work for some people while it won't work for others. I think the key is to be willing to accept and confront your anxiety. Knowledge is definitely power when dealing with this in my opinion. Keep us posted!
Sign up for his newsletter. It's free and for about 14 days. It gives you an insight into his technique that is really different then others. I've been using it since this summer. For me I'm not all out of the woods but I've made more progress on that program then any other ones and so much more leway then on anti-depressents.
See the newsletter and if you like it then you can get the book. That's what I did. The newsletters are free and very helpful. Once you get the book, you should be given a code to be able to write to Joe and ask him insight as to how to get over a hurdle or just words of wisdom. Having someone who really gets it has helped me.
So to answer shorter then above, yes it does help but you need to work at it to succeed fully. (There is my big trouble for not being completly out).
