Feel like I am dying slowly from HIV

Hey you all. I feel like I have been affected with HIV. I had sex 5 months ago with my ex and each time I used a condom. I have no reason to suspect he have anything. I just feel like the condom didn't work. I am not pregnant because I get my periods and that should be enough confirmation that sperm did not get into me however I keep thinking something is wrong. I am getting tested in 2 days and very terrified. I am also dating and been dating this guy for 3 months. The only sexual thing we have done is frottage and yesterday he stuck the tip of his penis in and that lasted for 2 minutes and no ejaculation. He knows about my HIV anxiety issue and he said he does not have anything and will be tested Friday just to show me he is ok. He also encourage me to get tested for reassurance and that I will be negative. He also demonstrated to me how he wears his condoms and how he checks for holes. I am glad he understands what I am going through. I feel so helpless. I took pictures today and notice my face looked unhealthy.I am nervous about being tested Wednesday

First off is you used a condom you had ZERO risk. Also, with anxiety and HIV anxiety people tend to over analyze every little "symptom" they have. It is great you and your new partner are both getting tested. When you guys both test negative you can put this worry behind you. try not to stress out about this. You'll be ok. I had this same fear for years of my life. Wasted years I can never get back. I was convinced I had HIV after after unprotected sex with multiple partners. After multiple negative results I finally had to move on and ACCEPT the fact I am negative. When you test negative ACCEPT that and try to move on. Don't dwell on it. Hope I helped.
