You have fleas. You do NOT have HIV!
Wash your bedding AND your dog and then get it some good flea stuff. Buy some flea bombs and do your house. Be diligent in this, keep your dog on the flea stuff every month, vac regularly and if you notice flea bites again, perhaps you'll need to bring in a professional who will get rid of your problem. But they will return unless you stay on top of this problem.
I'd also talk to your doctor about your anxiety. Sounds to me like you could use a wee chat about that.

I go to therapy and am on meds! Ive battled depression and its turned into anxiety and do on!
Thank u for the advise. I can enjoy my christmas now! Merry Christmas
I am also on my 8th day of Zoloft. Could it be hives?
I think if it were hives from a new med, hon, you'd have them all over your body, not just a few here and there. (But you know I'm not a doctor, so I can't tell you for sure that it isn't hives!) I'm just about 99.9% sure it's not. Ankles are a favorite of fleas, as the skin is thin there. Yes, flea bites will turn red and itch, especially if you don't leave them alone! Take a nice hot shower and if you have some anti-itch cream or calamine lotion, put it on the bites and stop scratching them!
Now......go put on your new Christmas jammies and stop worrying!
Merry Christmas
Peace
